All services and products must be paid for in full at the time of pick up.

Deposits - We require a 50% deposit for

overnight bookings longer than 3 nights

all holiday bookings

Cancellations
Holiday booking deposit is non-refundable after 10 days prior to the reservation. Standard overnight booking deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours prior to the reservation.
Late Fees
We charge a fee for late pickups from daycare or drop-offs/pickups outside the normal business hours.

No Shows
If you have a confirmed reservation and you do not show up or notify The Ruff House, the card on file will be charged for 50% of the total service fee and 100% for holiday bookings.
​
Refunds
We will refund the remaining sessions on a daycare package if the dog/owner relocates 20+ miles away, the pet is dismissed from daycare, or the pet passes away.
Holiday Hours for Dog Boarding Drop-Off & Pickups
We are here every day of the year to care for our furry friends. However, we have modified hours for boarding drop-offs and pickups on the following days. Daycare is not offered on the following days:
