The Ruff House
Ample Love & Attention
Cozy Boarding For Your Pup!
Have peace of mind that your beloved dog is being well cared for while you are away. Our overnight boarding offers clean and cozy accommodations in our newly renovated kennel. Whether you choose general boarding or deluxe boarding, your dog will enjoy the same level of customized care, love and attention. Boarders may participate in daycare to ensure a fun stay and plenty of exercise.
For our older or less active boarders, we offer one-on-one play time with staff, relaxation and abundant outdoor time. Pet parents receive daily digital report cards to update you on how your pup is doing. Does your dog have special needs? No problem, just let us know!

Non Social Dogs
We do understand that all dogs are not social and some prefer human attention to that of other pups. This can be due to old age, being intact, or they simply prefer one-on-one attention. We do offer a limited number of spaces for dogs that do not participate in daycare. These dogs do need an evaluation and all of the same vaccines and boarding intake forms. We want to be certain that they are not aggressive toward people or are in ill health.
Non-social dogs do get six individual let outs & one-on-one play times. There is a $10 daily premium in addition to the nightly boarding fee. If you have any further questions, give us a call and we can talk through the arrangements.
What to bring?
What to leave at home?
Dog food*, pre-measured in separate baggies. We have limited storage space and kindly ask to refrain from bringing full bags of dog food and plastic food storage bins.
Any necessary medications. They must be in the original pill bottles with appropriate labels.
Something familiar from home, i.e. a blanket, bed.
Food and water bowls (we have plenty of these!)
Toys such as stuffed toys, rawhides, bones/balls of inappropriate size. These are deemed choking hazards and will not be given to the pet in their suite.
*If your dog food runs out before the end of your dog's stay, or if you don't want the hassle of packing up your furry friend's food, for your convenience, we provide premium dog food at a low cost. The charge is $5.00 per meal.
We are happy to administer medications for your dog while you are away (as long as it is not for a communicable disease) free of charge. If your pet requires an injection, there is an additional fee of $10.00 per administration.
Late Drop Off & Pick Up
Our designated drop off and pick up times ensure we are able to appropriately staff group play and give the pups 100% of our attention for their safety. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for late drop-offs and pick-ups within 15 minutes of our designated hours. Pets will be boarded for an overnight stay after 15 minutes past closing, and standard boarding rates will apply.
